The Future Workforce for Crafts Industry project aimed to contribute to the development of the crafts sector workforce by enhancing practical, theoretical, and soft skills. The core idea was to create an educational platform for the professional development of artisans and crafts actors at various career stages, enabling them to adapt to evolving market demands and secure sustainable incomes from their craft activities.
