The project's overall objective was to encourage entrepreneurial activities among young women in these fields and create employment opportunities for them. It aimed to enhance the business skills of young women through workshops, hands-on training in product development and business entrepreneurship, and the practical implementation of winning ideas. Additionally, the project sought to support the establishment of links between young specialists and existing enterprises and crafts makers, benefiting both parties.
