Project Goal: To support the development of the cultural sector in the Dusheti region.

It will focued on strengthening the institutional capacity of the region's cultural organizations and operators. The project was based on the survey “Feasibility Studies for Crafts Sector Development in Dusheti Region”, funded by EBRD Business Advisory Services Programme for Georgia.

Project Activities

• Conducting workshops and providing consultations on culture/tourism management, craft development, and social entrepreneurship.
• Supporting the development of local crafts products.
• Establishing a local showroom to showcase and sell crafts.
• Mapping Dusheti tourist routes.
• Designing, publishing, and distributing a Dusheti guidebook.
• Collaborating with tourist operators to support the marketing of local art-and-crafts and tourist products.
