Project Goal: To enhance the capacity of Georgian regional museums by promoting the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and volunteer initiatives, drawing on the expertise of Polish museum professionals.

Key Activities:

Study Visit to Poland: A delegation of representatives from six Georgian regional museums and two partner organizations visited Poland to learn about Polish best practices in museum education and volunteer engagement. International Conference: Organized a conference on "Volunteering and Educational Programmes in Museums" under the patronage of the Polish Ambassador to Georgia.

Workshop on Volunteering and Educational Programmes: Conducted a workshop to train Georgian museum professionals on the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and volunteer initiatives.

Capacity Building: Established long-term partnerships between Georgian and Polish museums to facilitate future collaboration and knowledge exchange.
